Simply + Modern is a Las Vegas–based builder focused on eco-conscious, mid-century–inspired minimalist homes. They partnered with us to document their projects with architectural clarity and consistency, ensuring each home was represented with the same precision that defines their builds.
The objective was to create a structured image library for each property, emphasizing the relationship between natural light, clean lines, and material restraint. Careful timing and disciplined compositions were used to preserve the integrity of the architecture without over-stylization.
Over the course of a long-term collaboration, the resulting imagery has supported Simply + Modern’s portfolio, marketing efforts, and editorial placements, helping establish a cohesive visual record of their work across more than a decade of projects.
